From the screen shot in your post 4 it seems likely that you are using a desktop, it would have been helpful if you had included the make and model of your computer in your first post. You are going to need to re-set your BIOS to defaults. First, shutdown the computer, switch off the PSU if it has a switch worling remove the power cord.
Hold down the 'On' switch for about 30 seconds, this discharges any residual voltages, then take the side off and remove the CMOS battery. Then leave the computer for about 10 minutes - a cup of coffee or tea, a glass of beer, whatever takes your fancy. At the end of 10 minutes or so replace the CMOS battery make sure it goes back the same way round that it wasput the side back on, re-connect and turn on the PSU and see if the computer will start.

I had succesfully and without any problem installed Win10 last night, and was able to enter my Microsoft account and take a look at the new desktop and start button, but the screen resolution was off.
